Root Nurture Grow Counselling offers counselling supports to clients and we are looking for the right person to become a member of our team. Masters degree and registration with association or regulatory body is required. 

This is an independent contract opportunity that has flexible hours and workspace. It is a supportive environment with persons who are passionate about what they do and enjoy the opportunity of collaboration and the support of like-minded people.

This independent contract opportunity includes:

• Most overhead expenses. (details will be shared with eligible candidates);

• Marketing and networking opportunities.

• A competitive compensation rate. (details will be shared with eligible candidates during the exploration process).

• Flexible workspace options, in the office providing in person or online counselling or from your home providing online counselling. (with the proper liability and insurance coverage).

 Qualifications:

• Master’s degree specific to Counselling or Social Work, along with appropriate registration.

• Must have own insurance coverage (Professional and Liability).

• Must have up-to-date technology including laptop or computer with video conferencing capacity and fast internet connection for online counselling. (Should you plan on offering online services).
