(Psychotherapist Qualifying #15286)
Working Counsellor: In Person Kingston & Online Sessions

Hi, I’m Taylor.

I have experience with trauma counselling with survivors of sexual violence, mental health disorders, addictions, developmental delays, neurodivergence and complex trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, coping with daily stressors.

I am passionate about working with youth and adults to manage a variety of mental health related challenges. I practice with a variety of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, solution focused, narrative, trauma informed, holistic, humanistic and psychodynamic.

I believe in a holistic, client-centered and collaborative approach to psychotherapy. I believe that the client is the expert in their own story and a counsellors job is to provide the space, tools and support to aid in the clients journey to personal growth. I believe that change and healing is possible and that all people have unique qualities and experiences.

My goal is for you to feel seen, heard and valued. I strive to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where we can work together to identify your values, strengths, and the steps you want to take to move forward. I believe in incorporating a variety of therapeutic approaches to best fit the clients individual needs and goals.

When I am not working I can often be found cuddling with my dog, riding horses, reading, drawing or planning my next backpacking adventure.
